Her Body

Her Body

If I could, even if it was for one day,
I would let myself out to explore
every part of your body
To notice every part that spoke to me
I could spend hours there, even days, or years and
get to know all of you, that I could know
To get to know the way you sleep

Your body
your precious vessel
In my adornment
I promise to keep you well
To dream with you
To kiss you every day
I would treat your body like the
sacredness of your true beauty
Loving you through your journey
If you’d let me in
Perhaps, I have a thing or two to learn with you
I would see through to each ending of cycles when needed
Letting each other be safely there
Like the depth of the sea
helping each other to untangle free

My everlasting love

in moments of deep omission
I never anticipated the seasons to change as suddenly
Nor did I know the leaves would drop so soon or
For the Fall to fall so hard

I hold on for dear life
To keep everything at par
That was never enough
I watched you all go, leave me
one by one
While I remained in tact on the outside
How I made it through and you did not
Is behind me now
I wish I could have taken you all with me
Towards salvation
and once more see beauty through my eyes
That was never meant to be though

You must walk this path on your own, she said
No one can do it for you, she said

The Earth, my Mother

I wake up to a new dawn
Feeling all the gratitude at my finger tips
To notice all the goodness that there remains

But I’m afraid, I say

It’s okay, she said
For this is a new world, you may walk forth now
In this new way

You will be alright

A Message To Myself

Its my turn
I realize now
hopefully I haven’t lost my chance
to evolve, and to love you some more
More than before
Its my turn now
to show you what you mean to me
together we could move mountains
having the ability to believe in me
like never before

Its my turn now
as my dream told me so
you were there
and I was the one now guiding
the way
Loving what I do
A purpose in play
there are no judgements
and we are guided along the way

“My heart…my home…my love has taken flight and is soaring through the autumn air like a Messenger Hawk flying gracefully towards it’s destination. From high above, hawk seeks her beloved perch. Her wings soothed by the warm sun, as she peers at the beautiful world beneathe her. Her flight is brief for she knows exactly where she is going…yet wherever you find yourself in this very moment, effortlessly she finds you…delivers her message…and lands my love on you.”
